The Rate of Shipping
At Lavielente Fashion, we understand that fast and reliable shipping is important to our customers. That's why we offer free shipping to customers in the US and Canada and free international shipping for orders over $35(USD). For international orders under $35(USD) the charge is $9 (USD).
The Speed of Shipping:
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after the payment is confirmed and shipped via standard shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but most orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days for US and Canada and 15-20 business days for international orders.
Please note that customers will be responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international shipments. We are not able to mark orders as gifts or lower the value for customs purposes.

Return & Exchange
At Lavielente Fashion, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving the item(s). To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and packaging must also be included.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If an exchange is requested, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item(s) to you.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that all sale items and custom-made items are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
