At LaVieLente Style, we proudly offer free shipping to 38 countries worldwide. Our goal is to deliver your unique acrylic in a timely and efficient manner.
We provide free standard shipping on all orders to the following countries:

Free Shipping: United States & Canada

Free Shipping: Ireland, Austria, Australia, Brazil, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, Portugal, Japan, Sweden, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, Spain, Greece, Singapore, New Zealand, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Indonesia, United Kingdom.

The Speed of Shipping: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after the payment is confirmed and shipped via standard shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but most orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days for US and Canada and 15-20 business days for international orders.

Please note that customers will be responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international shipments. We are not able to mark orders as gifts or lower the value for customs purposes.

Return

At LaVieLente Style, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving the item(s). To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and packaging must also be included.

For Customers in the U.S. and Canada

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we would love to help you with a return/refund. Please be aware that customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return, please contact us and submit a return request. We will promptly review your request.
Once your return request has been approved, please follow the instructions and send the package to the address provided below.
Please print this label, affix it to your return package, and drop the package off at your nearest courier service location.
After shipping the item, please provide us with the tracking number. This tracking information is essential for us to monitor the return shipment and to process your return promptly upon receipt of the item.

For Customers Outside the U.S. and Canada

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s). However, customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please contact us to submit a return request. Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions.
When shipping your return, please ensure that the product(s) is/are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned above, regardless of location. Once we receive your returned item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item(s) to you.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in the same condition they were received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

After we receive the returned product at our warehouse and conduct a standard inspection to confirm it's in its original condition, we will quickly begin the refund process or dispatch the requested replacement.
